The oranges in this title most likely symbolize the feeling of Hikaru to change...  She wants Kyousuke to take a "fresh" new look at her.  So in this title we have a subtitle that comes out meaning; "How long will you see me as a child?" and the response of "Losing my heart to love.  A fresh change to a heart-pounding adolescence."
