Graviton City
16 years ago. Although we barely refer back to it, the key to the first
four movies takes places in this scene. Mari creates a similar profile when
jumping into a swimming pool.
Graviton
city today. Rebuilt. I mean hey, we don't expect another meteor to hit here.
That would be too much like a cartoon! Downtown is in the middle of the
lake, while Graviton High is on the crater rim.
"I'm
late!" A-ko dresses while eating breakfast, swallowing her toast whole.
I've had mornings like that.
"We're
taking a shortcut!"
Miss Ayumi pondering
seat assignments. How much trouble could they cause if I seat them next
to B-ko?
In a moment C-ko actually breathes fire, having sampled her own
cooking. A rare moment where the American version is funnier than the original.
How does one look like this from having sugar substituted for salt? C-ko's
talent for this awes me.
C-ko has
just won her second consecutive round of Martial Arts Rock Scissors Paper
against Mari. Mari's not pleased, but C-ko hasn't caught on to this yet.
B-ko in
full scowl. I love this shot.
"Oooh! Ain't
this glass elevator neat? Believe it or not, this whole thing used to be
my home, although I won't know that for sure for another three movies..."
"Oh
no! It's... it's...THE COLONEL! AUGHHH!"

Orange Road... I want to return to that day... The Horror film...
"Oooh! My
arm is killing me!"
"This
is your fight, A-ko. I'm going to go ahead to class!"
"Whee!"
You can't see it, but poor Dee has just been creamed. Again!
"Okay,
if everyone thinks I'm the villian then that's just what I'll be!"
And she's actually prepared for this!
The
aliens are coming! The aliens are coming!
We're going
to die! And I haven't had a chance to show off my new glitter eye-shadow
yet... wait. That was a different show...
Run C-ko!
Run! Miss Ayumi's reading poetry again!
"They
must be around here somewhere judging from all the carnage!"
What invasion? Excuse me, I need your tank to destroy B-ko!
"A-ko!
Your lunch will be ruined!"
A-ko catches a timely ride.
"They're
all women's things!" A-ko soon realizes that this is the dirty
laundry.
"I'm
ready for a change!" After rescuing her friend and getting a good night's
sleep, A-ko suddenly sees the need to curl her hair a bit.
Home of the future
Disneyland! Oh, wait. That's not until the third movie. It will become a
hotel first. Reservations required.
